Homebuilders need to be able to convey this to their potential and existing clients. That is why Computer-Rendered Illustrations, like the house on the right, are such a perfect technique to use. Since everything is done in the computer, changes are easy to automate. Using conventional illustration techniques, changing a six-view set of illustrations from brick walls to aluminum siding would be a ten-day project, at least. In contrast, making these changes in the computer and plotting them out takes only a few hours. The same is true for elevation changes, background changes and all other changes you wish to make to your project.

Perhaps your project requires the elegance that only Traditional Illustrations can provide. We have been hand-drawing and hand-painting houses for our clients since 1986. We computer-model your image and send you several different views, from which you choose the one you want detailed. You can send us samples of all your surface materials, as well as background photos and landscaping plans, and we will draw your rendering to those specifications exactly. You can choose the technique you need for the presentation you are making: from simple Pen & Ink illustrations for reproduction in black and white brochures and advertisements, to Ink with Color illustrations for vibrant color on a tight budget, to Full Painted illustrations for when you need the most realistic hand-drawn illustrations you can get anywhere.
